TRI@L-IT is based on an Integrated Oracle® Database, operated under RedHat Professional Linux. It is hosted at the new BreisNet Computer Center which serves as a high performance secure environment for our hardware using fibre glass connections, climate control, redundancy and an emergency backup generator to ensure the security, accessibility and integrity of your data.

For disaster recovery a back up facility is maintained at a different location.

All applications are generated in a fully automated and validated process based on the Composer document, which can be viewed as an elaboration of the study protocol. Furthermore, the use of the Composer document enables the retention of cross-trial data models.

The applications allow the integration of data from different external data sources (laboratory, medical device, telemedicine) by customizable import filters.

Data will be delivered in a format defined by the sponsor, such as CDISC ODM format. We have expert knowledge in mapping data into other requested formats.

Archives are generated for each trial for the sponsor and each study site. The archive system covers the maintenance of regular data storage media. We provide a recovery service for the complete TRI@L-IT application.
